Corneal Topography Demonstration

A corneal topographer checks the curvature of your eye to provide the doctor with specific measurements. What to expect: As a patient, topography is not painful. Simply place your chin in the chinrest and then look straight ahead into the light. We will then use the machine to capture the images of your eye, and then evaluate those images. Topography can tell eye doctors if you have certain eye diseases, and it can help when fitting contact lenses such as gas permeable lenses and orthokeratology.
